Momusa is a company based in the Balearic Islands, founded by Fran Muñoz (CEO & CTO), Joel Sala (COO & CPO) and Àlex Moll (CMO & CCO). The team combines backgrounds in communication, architecture and development, united by a shared vision to impact the local community.
Fran Muñoz
CEO & CTO - Global Vision, Tech & Infrastructure
Fran brings over a decade of experience building consumer and enterprise products in Big Tech, leading the engineering of large-scale apps. Based in Ibiza, he combines global app development standards with a deep commitment to the local environment. As CEO and CTO, he ensures Momusa's solutions are built on robust foundations that deliver fundamental value to our local community.
Joel Sala
COO & CPO - Operations & Product
With more than ten years bridging technical development and product leadership in Big Tech, Joel brings an extensive trajectory in bringing complex products to life. His work is deeply rooted in the local fabric, informed by a decade of collaboration with the Barcelona City Council. As COO and CPO, he ensures our software directly empowers the neighborhoods and people it aims to serve.
Àlex Moll
CMO & CCO - Marketing & Communications
Àlex brings together more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, across both the public and private sectors. He has led communications and campaign management for several political parties. Based in Mallorca, he directs Momusa's initiatives and products to bridge technology and public interest as the company's CMO and CCO. His experience in public administration and the corporate world helps align the vision of the company and its clients to reach their goals.
